1. No Refunds on Digital Products
✔ Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations after a purchase is completed.
✔ Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be returned.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may issue a refund only under the following conditions:
✔ You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
✔ The product file is corrupt or inaccessible, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
3. Requesting a Refund

✔ Your order ID
✔ A description of the issue
✔ Proof of payment
Our team will review your request and process refunds, if applicable, within 48 business Hours .
Incase of any refund is approved, it will take 5 to 7 business days to get credited to your original payment method By Paygic.
